MultiBeast 7.4 Update sound issues?

Has anyone else had problems with sound after the MultiBeast 7.4 Update? When I first boot up, I have sound, but when I get home from work/etc. I have none.

The output devices still show up in the control panel, nothing appears muted, nothing else has changed, I just no longer hear anything.

Am I going crazy?!
