MultiBeast 11.3.0: Install of 'Clover-XHCI-USB-Port-Limit.pkg' failed.

Hi Folks,
I'd like to get some help please. If I have the "Remove XHCI USB port Limit" enabled, the installation fails. If I disable this, the installation succeeds. Here is all the requested info. I'd greatly appreciate any suggested steps to resolve this error.
Hardware: Designare Z390 Xtreme + i9-9900K + Vega 56
macOS version: 10.4.6
MultiBeast version: 11.3.0
MultiBeast choices: See screenshot and multiBeastConfig file
Destination files system type: APFS (on a Sata drive)
MultiBeast.log contents: attached
Install.log contents for the choices that you are installing: attached

It failed due to incomplete Clover config.plist. It's missing :KernelAndKextPatches:KextsToPatch entry .
