I would like to configure my computer to multi boot with mac and pc. Is there a change I need to make before installing mac on pc?

Generally the only changes that need to be made are in the BIOS/UEFI. Disable Vt-d, disable fast boot, etc. Research the BIOS setting changes you need to make, then record what these settings are so you can change them back if you must. Make the changes, save&exit BIOS and reboot. If Win10 will boot, then you are good to go on installing Mac OS.
