MSi Z87 Hackintosh?

@ mastek - nice that you could pause the screen to find the error. At least we know that all standard flags (-v -f dart=0 -v GraphicsEnabler=No) and possibly -x doesn't work on our setups. I just wonder why.

Updated the BIOS as well to v1.5. No changes :banghead:

Same. I updated bios to 1.5, but it still reboot automatically.

Found a solution yet?
I installed Mountain Lion on my system. But I still finding the right audio driver and a way to enable Intel HD 4600.

Ah, that sucks.
Can i ask you how you managed to install hackintosh on your machine?
I have almost the same motherboard as you, and I can't boot from the USB drive..
I patched my BIOS using pmpatch, then I can boot from USB drive.

I am in the same boat, looking for a patched BIOS for this MOBO MSI Z87-G45 GAMING. I would do it myself if i had a good guide.

I have a z87 g41 pc mate but I m stuck after installation (I used -v -x for that), when my system restart it hangs on blueetooth but I surely know is not that.
Aqil, how do you managed to install ml? What version was? Do you delete any kext? Do you use clover or unibeast? What knd of setting I have to change (vtd disabled, ahci mode enable) What kind of graphics card did you use? Did you write any guide for that build? Any bootflag? Do I have to disable my internal graphics card?

Sorry for all this questions, but I really don't know what could I do... I'm thinking about gfx is my problem, so bootflags could be the solution.. but I don't know what I have to do.. I got also a gt640, I search what bootflags I need for that and I'll see

Thanks in advance

Patching PMP bios/UEFI did help to use the prepared with UniBeast 2.1.0 dongle and install 10.8.5 on my machine. I've loaded optimize defaults in bios, disabled turboboost, disabled speedstep and loaded XMP profile for ram - with such setting there was no problem with installing.

Then booting with the dongle attached along with -v -f dart=0 -v GraphicsEnabler=No flags allowed to boot into the system and complete the standard installation. At this point MultiBeast 5.5.1 was not really useful as there is simply no drivers for some essentials like audio and no fixes as far as I can tell to enable QE/CI. I've read up that the audio driver for Realtek® ALC1150 will be included in next release of the MultiBeast.

And at very end installing Chimera 2.2.0 crippled the system so no matter what flags I use now, it no longer boots past "Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport" even when I have my usb bluetooth adapter connected and hangs at "Resetting IOCatalogue." Back to square one. I may just write a guide how to get to this point if I'm to reinstall everything ;)

If I want to boot using the integrated hd 4600, I should use those flags?
-v -x GraphicEnabler=No IGPlatformID=[Value]

Where Value is one of those numbers? Is there a quick way to check ID of my integrated GPU?
