Well I'm trying to change too but my motherboard is not making it easy, can you or someone confirm that my EFI folder and plist (post #17) are correct? That would confirm that the issue is with my motherboard and not the folder, thanks!

Gave it a second try placed the EFI on a USB and now it boots OC but I can’t book the mac HD when I pick it, that’s already something.

Success finally! the only thing that is not working is opencanopy to have GUI instead of list. I di follow the part of the guide related to it but it's not working

On OC I'm a completly noob as you, for me OC had Gui by default on install, but I created it with OC GEN-X + OCBuilder, so maybe this is why. But when I was tweaking with things on post install I changed "Picker Mode" to "Builtin" because the Config Checker recommend it and then I got the list mode, so I reverted it to "External" and I got back the Gui mode.

This is over Misc section. Here you have a screen of that section as I have it.
