MSI Z77A-G45 reboots with panic after wake from sleep

I've installed without problems El Capitan on MSI mainboard. Everything seems to be working ok but waking from sleep.
When I wake computer from sleep, it reboots.


Result of pmset -g log | grep -i failure is:


Drivers Failure panic during wake due to PEG0(),EHC2(EHC2),SAT0(AppleIntelPchSeriesAHCI)


Is there any way to make this mainboard fully working?

I have the same board and have not yet been able to get El Capitan to work. Would you be able to put together a guide? Would you share your clover settings? Thanks.
