I am running without a DSDT. Was going to try darkwake=no or 10. What do you think?

I flashed Bios version 2.9 Mod with PMPatch, sleep/wake works with HD4000 or ATI 5770.

You flashed Bios version 2.A0 Mod with PMPatch. Is sleep/wake works with HD4000 ?

That Bios 2.A0 is not working with sleep/wake. Can you flashed 2.9 with PMPatch and test again. If you want 2.9 Mod let me know, I'll send it to you.

Hint: this statement I copied from user in this forum but I forgot his name, he has MSI-Z77MA-G45

"The motherboard needs to be flashed with a modified BIOS. The modified 1.60 BIOS did not work properly as the hack was unresponsive after getting out of sleep. The modified 1.40 BIOS perfectly."

Yes. Please send me a bios that you can confirm will work and I will try it.

Thanks.

Here you go, rename "E7752MOD.290" to "E7752IMS.290" flash it, re-configure Bios setting.

I changed to your bios (2.9). Now the computer will go to sleep at the time set in sleep preferences and wakes up fine. But if I go to the apple menu and put the computer to sleep, it will not wake up.

I did pmset -g assertions in terminal and got:

Assertion status system-wide:
PreventUserIdleDisplaySleep 0
PreventSystemSleep 0
PreventUserIdleSystemSleep 0
ExternalMedia 0
UserIsActive 0
ApplePushServiceTask 0
BackgroundTask 1

Listed by owning process:
pid 161(helpd): [0x0000000c00000131] 00:04:20 BackgroundTask named: "com.apple.helpd.sdmbuilding"

Is this normal? So close...

Success at last!

I installed the graphics card, the firewire card and a usb card, pulled the data disks from my old rig and everything is up and running smooth. I keep my home folders on a separate disk from the SSD so I just move them over and point my user name to that folder. My Windows disk boots fine as well. I just had to update the drivers for the chipset and video card. Now I can dual boot Mac or Windows 7.

It does not say Mac compatible on the box but it is working fine with the driver from the latest multibeast.

I have networking, sleep, sound, all usb ports work, app store, messages, itunes store, facetime.

Thanks to everyone who helped me out.
