MSI Z490I/Opencore - Can't launch installer

I've been following along the Dortania guide to get this running, but it keeps panicking when trying to launch the Catalina installer. I've tried using the modGRUBshell method to unlock CFG lock, and it says that it successfully unlocks it, but the logs in Opencore say otherwise. Specs and EFI below/attached

Please let me know if I've forgotten to attach any critical files.

what kind of panic? boot verbose and take a pic where it hangs

you can also try enabling:

<key>AppleCpuPmCfgLock</key>
            <false/>
            <key>AppleXcpmCfgLock</key>
            <false/>

for cfg lock issues

Both of those quirks are already disabled. The logs inside the efi folder will show you where it crashes at the end

Doesn't hang, just crashes. I had to take a video of my screen and go frame by frame to get this screenshot because of how fast it goes black.
