Estimated Cost: $650 ($1400 w/monitor)

I used macOS High Sierra installer 10.13.2
I used UniBeast to create boot drive
I used MultiBeast in post-install (see attached MultiBeast config file)

Installation Notes
VT-d turned off during install. Turned on after install.
VirtualBox 64 bit vms? Yes, I can run 64-bit vms in VirtualBox (installed via Docker Toolbox) using 4 cpus.

Created USB thumb drive with UniBeast. Did not use Clover program directly at all. After install used MultiBeast with the attached file.
Had to use Clonezilla bootable CDROM to partition and format drive as HFS. THEN, I had to use the Disk Utility "repair" feature to fix up sectors, then finally it let me install.
I disabled Serial Port in BIOS.
The computer goes to sleep and wakes up fast.
I didn't use WakeOnLan in the .mb file I attached but it sorta wish I did.

Got an error installing Virtualbox extensions. Gave up, not worth it.

Problems
1. My TOPPING USB amp works with audio on the computer, but the motherbound soundcard line-in wont route to the USB audio device output. The only way I could get it to work is to setup a Audio Jack server and route the sound . (see attached screenshot) . Is there a better way to do this? Does anyone else connect a LP player to their computer this way?

2. The Bluetooth device I have shows up in hardware but it wont turn on. I don't care: I just use a wired keyboard and mouse. If there is a simple and direct solution, let me know.

3. Cant change settings on mouse when i use a Microsoft mouse. The Mac mouse works ok.

So far, running almost a month and no major problems have occurred. Still using APFS file system on my 256GB Muskin 256SSD.

Sometimes my 4K screen blanks out for 3-8 seconds (3-4 times a day) and when it comes back on , its slightly warmer colored as if it transitioned to night mode. I understand my 1060 video card driver might be buggy on 10.13.3 , but I can live with it.

Also, a few times per hour the wired Mac mouse disconnects and reconnects and the pointer resets to a different location. Not sure why.

Otherwise, this hackintosh is usable but I want to make a better one.

Also, most importantly , this system sleeps and wakes up perfectly with no issues.

Here is my Kext list. I honestly don't know if I need all these, and I don't know if some are redundant, but it works:
