I added the boot-args -cdfon which enables HDMI 2.0, that fix the HDMI audio on the HDMI port, but not the DP port. Both monitors show up under sound preferences.

nvm, it stopped working again

update: so far I have DP port working with no audio, HDMI port working with audio, DVI port working with a pink hue. If I install a kext created using Hackintool to Force RGB Mode under Displays tab I get DP port working. no audio, HDMI port working, no audio, DVI port working. boot-args -cdfon not used.

audio via DP port works only if I boot with only one monitor connected. If I connect the HDMI port after, they both work. If I boot up with both monitors connected audio does not work via DP Port but works via HDMI port.
