Benefits
1. Automated HDMI audio dsdt editing
2. Installs HD4000 integrated graphics HDMI audio dsdt edits
3. Installs AMD/Nvidia discrete graphics card HDMI audio dsdt edits
4. No copy, no paste, no finding the right place to paste….
It includes the nvidia HDMI audio edits!

What I did for my setup with the 660 was:

1) Get working with HD4000, (unibeast and multibeast) without 660 installed
2) Download and install the nvidia drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-304.00.05f02-driver.html
3) Install the 660
4) Reboot and apply HDMI fix : http://www.tonymacx86.com/hdmi-audio/84936-easy-guide-ml-hdmi-audio-hd4000-7-series-mb.html
5) Done

Hey Eddie Great Built! I need some help on my built. I recently purchased the same MOBO, GPU and the CPU. After install all hardware, I did not need to update my bios as it was already on F14. I went on to make the bios settings using the link you provided. That was a success. After that, I went on to try to boot to my UniBeast drive that has Mountain Lion on and it seems not to boot to it. Is there something I am missing or need to change? Please get back to me when you have a chance. Thanks Eddy!!

Hi there!

I just wanted to say thanks for all your efforts. With the info you and DBP in his lammergeier thread have provided, I am going to try my first build for Lightroom work.

Cheers!

Great, my motherboard just arrived and i'm looking forward to build a hackintosh! I was really afraid to not get audio from the green jack! I hope my board won't have an issue!
Thanks!

I read the audio thing may sometimes not work in fact, but this was with an old version of this motherboard that I believe, is not in sale anywhere since it was nearly a year ago now.
Good luck with your build !

A quick update. I installed Mavericks yesterday, and it works like a charm. No issues at all so far.

I will add some quick tutorial on how I did it, but in fact it was much easier than for Mountain Lion since everything works OOB basically.
