I have a new build hackintosh; I5 processor, UD5h Gigabyte board, 8 gb Ram ect. My question is can i just move my old HDD with Win Vita on it plug it in the new machine and it work, show up in iBoot and every app. operate?

No, you can't move your old HDD to new machine due to Microsoft anti-piracy efforts. You can move the drive, but on boot it will either boot to black screen or boot to blue screen and tell you the OS is pirated and contact Microsoft.

You can, however, install Windows on the new machine and use an easy transfer cable like http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-Transfer-Cable-Windows-F4U060/dp/B0093HCIQ0/ to move your files and settings to the new build.
