Move Clover from HDD to my M2 SDD

Hi everyone. I just finished installing High Sierra on my HDD (1TB).
On the other disk (M2) i have dual boot with Windows & Ubuntu.
I installed Clover in my HDD (with High Sierra) and now my power on is too slow.
My question is : If i move Clover from HDD to M2, will the power on become faster?
If yes, how can i move Clover from my HDD to my M2?

Does M.2 SSD have an EFI partition and how large is it? If yes and it is larger than 200MB, you can install Clover to the M.2 drive from the HDD and boot from it. If less than 200MB, then not going to work.
