You also get 60Hz over DP 1.1? Strange. But good thing it’s working out for you.

Yep. My monitor only has a resolution of 3440x1440, which is less than 4K. At this revolution, even DP1.1 manages 60Hz. No solution for 4K displays.

Any update on the issue? I hadn't had any issues with my 5700 XT before, but 10.15.6 made my Hackintosh's mouse lag for milliseconds every two seconds.

The same problem with AMD Radeon PRO W5500 (navi-based).

Try using a different color profile in monitor settings of macOS. I think that's working much better for me now!
