if it has less than 8 slots, it will fit in the standard position, if you want more, you're going to have to move the motherboard down. To mount it, you basically need to cut a hole with the interior dimension of the tray, not the size of the flap you'll use to mount it and put screws through the case side.

I no longer recommend Mt. Mods or Lian trays. I recommend the products from the Laser Hive.
