Motherboard swap out?

So currently I have an MSI Z87-G45 GAMING (MS-7821) motherboard, it works with osx, however doesnt at the same time (ie sleep and network).

So i am looking at completely replacing my motherboard in order to make mavericks my main os for my desktop (i bought a macbook pro and i love the os).

My current setup is

2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
Intel Core i5 4670K @ 3.40GHz
ST1000DM003-1CH162
3 Displays with only an HDMI in

So I have looked at the motherboards on the build form and found 2 that i think could idealy work. (links below)

My main concern is that my hardware is still compatible (which i couldnt see why not)
and that my 3 displays can still be hooked up (currently im using 1 hdmi to hdmi and 2 dvi to hdmi without issue.

Do you see any issues?

Also, would it be difficult to make mavericks the main os and windows the second?

The hardware is still compatible, but you will likely have to (and I would recommend you to) reinstall OS X and Windows. Otherwise you will face Driver issues/sluggish performance (from my experiences).

Just follow the dual boot guide on here and you should be set.
