Motherboard Recommendations?

I have a chance to replace my older, but working flawlessly, motherboard. I am considering a GA-Z97X-UD3H but am open to any suggestion of one that works smoothly.

I ordered the GA-Z97X-UD3H (CPU and memory will be in a few weeks, but I wanted to get the board now as the good Z97 boards are drying up as vendors make ready for the new chips).

What CPU are you planning to get for your new motherboard? Just curious.

i5-4690K seems to be the best price performance chip at the moment. I am not a performance nut and as you can see from my specs, I am WAY WAY back on the curve currently, but my current rig is very solid. I would like to rip video faster and move up to SATA III, otherwise I am pretty happy now.
