If you find the cables don't quite fit (between the case i/o and the motherboard i/o) when trying to align the motherboard pci slots with the case pci brackets, you could always try a pci extender/adaptor cable. (they do come in pci-e x16 for graphics). They are flexible, and would allow you to move your motherboard towards the center of the case more giving you more room between the mobo i/o and the case i/o.
