Motherboard and Thunderbolt

Hello guys. I wanted to ask you a question. Is it possible to give my Asus z170a card a Thunderbolt entry? did anyone do it? I should connect my focusrite clarett 4pre. could you possibly post them a guide on how to do it? I'm not good at looking here on the forum since I'm just writing, and being Italian I can not move well in the searches.
