Hi, what is the recommendation for the motherboard that will support the most memory and the most Graphics Cards please?

Most any Z170 motherboard will support 64 GB of ram. You'd buy 4 of the 16GB DIMMs for it. PCI-e x16 slots will vary with each specific board from various manufacturers. Go the the website of any manufacturer and look at the pictures.

Thanks, I was hoping for much more than that, really would like 1 TB or more

Then you'd be wise to choose a server motherboard with dual Xeons and run Windows 10 Pro edition. CustoMacs cannot use more than about 128 GB of ram. Not sure why or if you could even use more than that much ram. Afraid you'll have to go with Win10 Pro and Xeon Server CPUs.

Most people here go with either SuperMicro or Gigabyte server motherboards.

Here's a recent User Build with an Asus Dual Xeon board. Specs say you could install up to 512 GB of ECC ram.
Hate to think how much money that would cost.
