Only AMD cards have support in Monterey macOS 12 and probably in 13, 14 etc.

These workstation cards are not on the list but work with Windows and macOS Monterey.

I have installed Monterey on my Dell XPS 9570 - non touch, but wifi not working. I have D-Link 131 E USB adaptor, but this also not working, please give suggestions on this, or refer a card to replace on Dell XPS
