Mojave’s install stops at prohibitory symbol

Im trying to get Mojave’s up and running in my build , Here’s the specs
I3 8100
Rx 560
Samsung 970 eco 250gb
Corsair vengeance 8gb ddr4 2400
Gigabyte b360m d3h mobo

Currently when it’s done with the initial loading it just freezes at the symbol , tried -v , tried using intel gpu , Tried adjusting the bios to settings recommended by this site but seems nothing works , Only -v shows any change and that’s just corrupted text

This is my first attempt st Hackintosh so Any help is appreciated, Thx

Look in the bottom left corner of the screen.
If it says "still waiting for root device" then you can search for that.
If not then post a picture of the screen here.
