Mojave was running great until I downloaded latest clover EFI

My Mojave was great until I updated my clover EFI to the latest version. Now it will not boot unless I use my install flash drive. Any ideas?

same problem here
my Mojave works fine until I update clover to r4699
it will stuck at +++++++
and never boot

The new 4700 build has separated some UEFI drivers into FileVault 2 UEFI drivers, and they get unchecked unlike previous builds.
just look at what you are installing in the customise menu.
