Mojave on Z10PE-D8 WS with 2x Xeon E5 2699v4 and 1080ti

Could you direct me to next steps to upgrading to Mojave from HS, or getting Mojave on Z10PE directly?

I was wondering if you have done an upgrade to Catalina, I have a similar setup and I got an AMD card since nVidia is not supported in Catalina. Any info?
