This line needs an extra 0 - 100 minutes would be much closer.

UniBeast will now create the bootable USB drive. The process will only take about 10 minutes

It'd also be worth mentioning that during that 100 minutes period little or no feedback could be expected from either UniBeast or Finder (showing only a fraction of copied installer file size).
