Mojave installation stuck at 12 minutes remaining

Trying to install Mojave but keeps getting stuck at 12 minutes remaining - boot flags -v debug=0x100 is enabled but cant see what is actually causing it since i am stuck on the apple logo screen.

• Check the edited CLOVERFileTree for some tips.
• Upload BIOS screenshots [For steps check: #33]
• When editing target HDD at DU during install use APFS to avoid delay for auto conversion during installation from HFS+J to APFS required in Mojave anyway.
• If after all these still problem , add EmuVariable64UEFI-64.efi to /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI of USB Installer

Just a bit of a background, this happened after upgrading from High Sierra to Mojave, it failed so did a full reinstall - My BIOS is exactly the same settings as in the High Sierra Install (screenshots in #12)

• Your BIOS screen shots lack important options like Initial Display First, Intel Processor related options, Chipset and Power.
• No new Clover uploaded as suggested at #3

sorry it took a while only been getting back into it again.

Reloaded the config.plist file with the EmuVariable64UEFI-64.efi as you mentioned.
EFI dir zip uploaded.
Also got pics of the bios config.

Also tried removing the Sapphire RX580 Graphics, All other SATA, leaving the primary NVMe in.
Removed the external Apple WIFI card

Still stuck at 12 minutes.

• Your BIOS shots look OK.
• I have uploaded Screen Captures of CLOVER File Tree and config.plist SECTIONS with some editing/Annotations for you to try.
• With the changed CLOVER boot in verbose and upload Problem screen

I have done all those changes you suggested.

Unfortunately still get stuck at 12 minutes with the Apple Logo. Not sure how we can get the debug logs for this.

I have modified (add an EFI and removed one) drivers64UEFI from CLOVER-FileTree and attaching an image
