Mojave installation hangup

So, on Big Boss, I am attempting to install Mojave and getting hung up on apfs_module_start 1393 with no errors found in the verbose log. Been working at this for two days and tweaking/restoring BIOS settings, using a separate media that has the Mojave installed and Clover on separate drives. I also removed hardware that has a tendency to cause issues with Windows side applications. I have been unable to actually boot into the MacOS installer and I am now stumped, anyone have any ideas?

Something I found is that on the latest revision of the BIOS, it does not have an option to set "Other OS" which I think may be causing a problem but I am uncertain.
