Recently completely nuked my High Sierra Hackintosh and setup a new Mojave install.
Got everything up and running with the hardware listed at the bottom of this post and everything seemed fine until my wired mouse started jumping around randomly. I noticed it only goes crazy when I have 1 or more programs open or open several safari windows.
Watch this video to see what I'm talking about:

Is this a CPU problem? Memory Problem? How should I proceed with troubleshooting?

I would start by creating a custom USB-SSDT for that Z97 motherboard. The USB port limit patch is not for longer term use, only for port discovery. See the guide by UtterDisbelief. Best place to start.

Ok cool. I’ll give that a shot tonight and get back to you. Thanks!

Oooooook so I finally finished the USB-SSDT and I'm still having massive mouse craziness. The video I posted early show the problem I'm still having. Any tips? This mouse thing is making me crazy!

Bump? Still having the issue shown in the video above.
Tried different mice, displays and nothing changes. Help!

have you tested the mouse on another machine?

Yes. Using a Logitech G502 wired. Just fine. I've also tried installing Lilu and Whatever Green which didn't help. Still having issues :(
