Mojave does not remember second monitor vertical position after restart

I have a 3 monitors, two horizontal and one vertical. Each time i restart computer my vertical monitor goes to horizontal mode, do in settings rotation is set on him to 90 degrees (a bug). Then i have to manuvre in setting back and forth on orientation options and mirror option to reset him back to normal vertical position, a pain in the... Saw a few posts on this problem and on real macs, but no solution. Any ideas, somebody here have similar problem?

I had exactly the same issue with Mojave and AMD Vega 64 GPU on my desktop system.
Although written for MacOs 1013.4 the solution detailed in this guide worked for me on Mojave :-

It's not the best written guide, but the solution it offers does work.
