OK I followed your rules : I have Motherboard and CPU and Graphics . Now can you take a look at the EFI folder . If you don't know , it is OK , I would hope for some others members who may encountered the same errors before .

The message that you quote in your first post we see almost every day.
It appears at the end of a long list but the important information (the kernel panic) will have scrolled off the top of the screen.
Most people make a video of the boot process and then extract the frames showing the kernel panic to post here.

BTW Mojave requires graphics with Metal support - HD 5770 fails to meet that specification.

You are wasting your time with Mojave - Your hardware does not meet the minimum spec.
