This is what i did:

Everything is working fine.

The only kext you need in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other is FakeSMC.

All other 3rd party Kext's should be installed in /L/E ... this is the Apple approved and recommended location.
MacOS is unable to cache injected Kext's ...

IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup and IntelGraphicsFixup are depreciated, Use WhatEverGreen instead
IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup, IntelGraphicsFixup and HibernationFixup.kext also require Lilu which you are not using so they will not be doing anything in your case.

See Lilu guide for help on WhatEverGreen :-

Problem:
I see no audio devices in System Preferences > Sound > Output. Audio is not working

Audio was working in High Sierra
I upgraded to Mojave, uninstalled cloverALC as described in https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/audio-realtek-alc-applehda-guide.143757/#post886744
Then installed like described in Acidanthera/AppleALC
After reboot still no audio devices

OS Version: 10.14 (18A391)
Motherboard: GA-Z87N-WIFI Z87
BIOS: F6
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K
No GPU (intel only)

Used procedure "B. Acidanthera/AppleALC"

attached:
- IOReg
- diskutil list
- AppleHDA.kext
- DPCIManager screenshot
- System Information screenshot
- System Preferences > Input
- System Preferences > Output
- Clover config.plist
- Boot log

EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/Patched/ is empty

---

Update:
I managed to fix the issue by installing AppleALC.kext and Lilu.kext to /S/L/E besides having them in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other.

Just have to say a massive thanks, Toleda, for these guides and your previous command line tool for audio! I've been having hard times with my mobo since it's the notorious rev. 1.0 that has audio layout issues. Thanks to your guide and tool, I got it working under HS but then was banging my head with Mojave. Today I once again uninstalled according to your guide and followed the Acidanthera method deciding to download the very latest Lilu and AppleALC. They seem to have done the trick, audio is back!! I'm so happy because I do editing and use Logic Pro and consume Spotify all the time. Furthermore, I even got sleep/shutdown fixed by altering the darkwake value, and best of all, it doesn't break the audio on wake. So thank you!

The same here, thanks a lot for a great guide and resources.

Installed on a fresh installation of Mojave (my High Sierra had some issues and I finally decided to start from scratch) using the steps in post #1 B. Acidanthera/AppleALC, using ALC887, layout 1.
