Mojave 10.14.4 Boots to black screen with headless UHD 630 and RX 580

Yes, I am going to guess when you boot and check your version of Clover it won't be current. That is the issue I had. I installed clover normally, but forgot to update the microsoft boot loader section.
I didn’t experience this. Checking the clover version in the initial boot loader screen gives me back the latest version

Mine works fine. I didn't use headless IGPU for my UHD630, works just fine along with RX580. Even without headless IGPU, my quick sync works. I'm not quite sure what is point of headless iGPU.

I thought that might have been the issue like it was for me. I did see some people say to try an older version of WEG.

I have the same problem with Inspiron 3670 DT w/i5-8400 and the RX 560 4G OC MSI Radeon Aero ITX graphics card. Unable to get past the clover boot screen and verbose output using current Lilu and Whatevergreen kexts. UHD 630 Intel works fine for Mojave OS 10.14.4.

Can you provide your clover config or go over what needs to be edited to make it work?

This is for a Kaby Lake machine.... you'll have to google to find out the ID for your platform (i.e. graphics section of Clover Configurator select ig-platform-id under the appropriate processor platform). Google the ID to make sure it's not headless. I knew 0x59120000 wasn't headless (for Kaby Lake) so used it for my system rather than 0x59120003 which is headless and I had been using.

Now this needs to be entered into devices/properties in Clover. When you input it in Clover, it needs to be in reverse byte order (except the last 2 digits). e.g. 03001259 not 59120003. 00001259, not 59120000. Confusing, but Hackintool will do the work for you in any case. See below.

The headings and the values can be gained from Hackintool (with the right ig-platform-id selected). From the menubar select "Framebuffer" and "MacOS10.14". Under intel there's a drop down menu showing the platform ID. Scroll down to the target non-headless ID you've found for your machine. Under patch select generate patch (see pic). You need AAPL,ig-platform-id, device-id and framebuffer-patch-enable and their respective values and paste them as shown. BUT you need to use the calculator in Hackintool to convert each value to this reverse byte order HEX value Clover requires. E.g. AAASWQ== in the patch is pasted into Base64 gives the Hex value 00001259 (see pic). This value goes in Clover as the ig-platform-id. The same process with the rest of the values for your machine under Devices/properties as shown (2nd pic)

Reboot.

Test with VDADecoderChecker or DPCI manager (see last pic)

What settings do you have for your IGPU? I have the same system and just got an RX580. Was working perfect on HS but won’t work on mojave

you can read this post with detail explanations.

Yea that's my own post... haha. Now that I finally got an Rx580 I'm having trouble with 10.14.4.
