Thank you ,
So after my curious experiments , If you don't use ssdt.aml(cpu ) ,we need to disable drop_oem , and shouldn't drop cpu related ssdt , and have to enable applexcpm in kennel to kext to work with c states ,
for ivybridge it is better to enable drop gem with using os ssdt.aml and if you have unlocked msr , no need of applecpuintel kernel to kext ,

Am I right ?

In the event you need to drop one or more CPU SSDTs to prevent KP, it is probably better to shift to XCPM using KernelXCPM=true instead.
