Hi Guys!
Today I downloaded Mountain Lion from the appstore and put it on a 8GB USB stick via UniBeast 1.5.0
The install was super easy. Nothing to do. Everything is working out of the box.
I Made sure the bios was default and had everything on AHCI. Removed all RAM sticks except 1 of 4GB and put 1 HDD drive in there for install. I installed from a USB 2.0 port connected to a header on the motherboard.
Everything is working great out of the box. Even my Firewire M-Audio ProFire 610 is working like it supposed to!
But the only thing is my HD4000 iGPU is displaying 1024x768. I would like to put it on its native resolution of 1920x1080.
I connected my (HD-TV) via DVI->HDMI connector. I think a straight connection to HDMI will work as well.
Since HD4000 is supported in ML, why am i not getting the full resolution ??
(My bios setting says 128MB of shared video memory. ML says only 64MB)
Thanks guys! Have a good one!!
