And yet The tonymacx86 clover guide directs using it.

Some guides are written to be "easy", but not "optimal".

Referring to Toleda's opening post 2.a - I can't use the multibeast settings for SandyBridge processors because I have used Clover?

You should generate an SSDT specifically for your CPU.

Thankyou RehabMan

Will my build also require a DSDT or just a SSDT?

Regards

I'm not familiar with your board. Generally you don't need to patch DSDT until you find an issue that can be fixed with DSDT patching.

Any recommendation for AMD Radeon HD 7650M GPU PM !

Toleda, could you please help me...

My CPU is Ivy Bridge i7-3770K, but MB is a Z68 series.

I am using a Nvidia 550Ti as display card.

Could you please give me some recommendations for Native Power Management.

Thanks.

This has to be one of the greatest work I have seen in a long time and thank you Toleda for sharing this wonderful work of yours!!

Does all of this still hold true for Yosemite versions up to 10.10.2?

I am running Clover on all my systems. If I modify the X86Platform (Ivy Bridge/Haswell) for MacMini6,2, with a GT 640 or GTX 760/770 graphics card, can I still choose model iMac13,2 for example in Clover.config SMBIOS and have power management work correctly for CPU/GPU? In 10.10.2 does it still require editing the plist in AGPM kext?

My EVGA GT 640, not GTX 760 or 770, will loose signal to monitor if I do not choose iMac13,2 as system profile in Clover.plist SMBIOS which I cannot explain. Well maybe it can be explained partially because I don't have SSDT generated running now. Just Clover with Native SSDT so could that be why the strange behavior of the GT 640 at boot up to desktop, with no signal to monitor?

Thanks Again!!
