I followed the steps in https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...any-supported-intel-based-pc.285366/#download . i get a message that drive creation was successive. When i want to boot from the usb, the system says 'Missing operatV2.0system'. I'm now trying with the Mojave instead of Catalina.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

CPU: Intel Pentium G4400
RAM: 4GB DDR4

Is the iBoot step (with retail dvd of Snow Leapard) also needed to get Mojave or Catalina working?

No, not needed. Most likely your problem is the unsupported Pentium G4400 CPU.

The other problem was that I did a wrong preparation routine on the usb. I did not select the volume but the partition while formatting. The Unibeast did not create an EFI partition on the USB. Now I'm booting the installer.
