Solved: Missing Operating System after Parallels installation gone south.

Hello all,

I have been running my hackintosh non-stop since I installed it last summer. Absolutely no problems and everything has been a dream.

Today I faced an issue with a Business Process Modelling software that does not support OSx and decided to install Windows 10 (I even bought the key...) by using parallels. Suddenly during the installation OS froze and never recovered, as the machine automatically booted I was faced with "Missing Operating System" message.

I was able to reach the clover boot-menus by using the usb-stick. Nevertheless, clover does not recognise the installation on hard drive, and hangs when booting from USB.
edit. I am able to reach the installation (gray screen, no menus...) by using nv_disable=1 flag.
Is fresh installation my only option? (Time Machine should be up-to-date).

Any idea?

Edit.
I have no clue what caused this issue, but cmos reseting the MB fixed this.

Bests,
P
