Missing one IOinterruptSpecifier under the XHC@14

AS showed in the images, one is normal, the other is abnormal.The abnormal one cause the speed of the USB3.0 PORT LIMITED TO 480M NOT 5G.NOTICE THE KINSTON DATATRAVEL 3.0 USB DEVICE. what should I do?Somebody help me.
