Mini ITX with full continuity and discrete graphics card?

Hi,

I've done some searching and the only threads I can find are from a few years ago, but I'm looking to build an mini ITX system, but also have full continuity and a discrete graphics card. Any suggestions for a motherboard (and adapter for a Broadcom chip from an old Mac) to get that will support me being able to do both?

Thanks for your reply! To totally clarify, this card will work in any PCI slot, so if the mobo has multiple slots I'll be able to plug in a graphics card and this, right?
