The BIOS file provided in the first post was modified by Samisnake so you do not need NullCPUPowerManagement.kext nor a patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext. The stock AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext will work just fine with two states and sleep will work. My rig still running strong.

I saw an ad recently for a H67s retailer and they did list your processor as working.
Your temps are definitely good.

I saw in Official Thread for 10.7.4 update that a Foxconn got through update okay.

I do not trust that Foxconn page that shows compatibility with Ivy and HD4000.
This is boilerplate they are sticking in several places on site.
I did a board compare with Z77 and no Ivy bridge for H67S.
 
I am so used to looking at Foxconn bios downloads That I missed something.
When I said support for Ivy Bridge was dubious I was wrong.

Foxconn has drivers for windows for Ivy Bridge.
No bios update though, maybe it is not needed.

I haven't made my mind up on upgrade path.
Get a 2105 or Ivy Bridge or start over.
 
Just upgraded to 10.7.4 with SSDT and the Patched sound kext now included in MB. MSR dumper still reports only two Pstates. I think one needs to get the cpu info from the SSDT into the DSDT just like ASUS boards do. I will try and let you know if successful.

I am holding off till Mountain Lion to avoid the pstates problem,but I think it might
still be there. So I better do some closer reading.
Its good to know new MB sound kext works fine.
 
FINALLY Ivy Bridge Bios is available at Foxconn !!!!
Apparently tests have not been run yet on Cpu and posted.
 
Can not get more than two speed steps with this MOBO. Not a big deal but then I wanted to get them. Look here to see what I did viewtopic.php?f=295&t=62125. Hope it helps someone else. :?
