Just wanted to share my experience with this little board:

http://www.foxconnchannel.com/ProductDe ... -us0000515

Status
[WORKING]
+ Graphics: Intel HD3000 (ocasional artefacts)
+ Networking: Realtek RTL8111E Gigabit Ethernet
+ Audio: Realtek ALC888s
+ SATA3
+ Dual-monitor support (DVI & HDMI)

[TRYING ]
+ HDMI audio

[NOT WORKING]
AppleIntelPowerManagement KP's have to use NullCPUPowerManagement

Two options to get Power Management running:
1 Using flAked modified AppleIntelPowerManagement included inside newest Multi Beast.
2 My favorite but may be risky: Using Samisnake modified BIOS for this board and stock AppleIntelPowerManagement. Use included BIOS file and this guide http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1661637

My Hardware
+ Foxconn H67s - BIOS version A41F1020
+ Intel Core i5 2500K CPU
+ 8GB RAM

Build notes
MacMini system definition is installed during the MultiBeast install phase to get HD3000 HDMI video output.
DSDT extracted and modified the best I could using these tools http://olarila.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=634. Does not work without NullCPUPowermanagement next installed.

Preparation
+ Connect display via DVI, you can use HDMI when installation is complete.
+ BIOS Settings - As default except:
- Enable maximum Frame buffer for the Intel HD3000 integrated graphics
- AHCI for SATA mode
- 64-bit mode HPET can not be set in BIOS but it is 64-bit
- Hard disk as primary boot device (non compulsory)
+ For UniBeast install install create a UniBeast USB installer http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2011/10/ ... using.html
+ Download the latest MultiBeast 4.2.1 and place on the above USB key together with the supplied DSDT.

Installation
1.) Insert UniBeast USB key
2.) Boot to UniBeast (use F7 to specify USB boot device)
3.) Install OSX Lion 10.7.2

Multibeast Configuration
After the installation of Lion completes and while at the desktop for the first boot:
1.) Copy supplied DSDT from the USB key onto the Desktop
2.) Install Multibeast 4.2.1 with following options:

For sound there is also the option of using AppleHDA.kext from Toleda here:

Thanks all and fell free to junk this post if you find it useless.

Just wanted to add that if you do use Toleda's ALC888.kext then you will also get HDMI video and SOUND output using the attached DSDT. Thanks again Toleda and all!  :headbang:

Very cool build. I've been looking into discount Hackintosh builds for a few days, and this one looks very promising.

Just a few questions: Does sleep work? Have you encountered any other problems since you installed OS X?

Have not tested sleep menu. It does come back from sleep when not in use with no problems so far. Wished it worked with applecpupowermanagent and without nullcpupowermanagement but do not know how to do that.

I have this board also.
$50 board + $50 g530 + 4gig ram $35 ...

I had this working with hd 3000 but no sound .
this is with safe boot.

With -f got low rez but sound...using usb for temp.

hd 2000 sucked badly....

My processor is listed as hd only in one spot at intel yet doc from intel at Tom's hardware show hd 3000.

Now have it running with gt430 and 888s from kexts.com.

I have picked a few things in bios.

This board is very nice.
One of the few boards that came up on first post and worked perfectly on install
with the new unibeast.

Some of my problems were probably not the board but the hdtv.
It is 740 p but took the 1080 p from computer and displayed it.
TV wants hdmi audio.

boot file shows unknown device id =0x8?772...this is related to power mgr.

Does Apple use me sub system or do they do something else ?

I will give hd3000 another try.
Board will not use onboard and graphics card at same time.

What is the first dsdt.aml in your workup.

Is it the same as the second ?

What did you do with the ME subsystem in BIOS ?

Second has edits for sound out. If you want HDMI out look me up in Toleda's post here:http://www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=162&t=45795. He did all the hard work for me. :D

What did you do with the ME subsystem in BIOS ?
Already forgot. :| Probably nothing. Will look.

Left it enabled. Do not know what it does.

Today I updated to 7.3 and restored the sound next and it is all running ok. Also did the http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index. ... &p=1693585 patch to the AppleIntellCPUManagement kext and removed the nullCPUPM and it is working for me. Included is the modified kext for 7.3. Bad thing is that it will fail again when 7.4 arrives.

Have you tried the USB 3.0 drivers yet? I was planning on giving it a shot this weekend but was curious if you had any sucess already.
