I thought you had it booting off the hard drive ok...

have you done any adding of hardware or made any changes with Multibeast ?

Foxconn H67S
Lion 10.7.3 Mac App Store Retail
4GB Ram
Intel G620
WD Green 500GB HDD

Used UniBeast to put the install on my drive. Boot in, partition drive, install. Restarts after successful install... hangs on Apple Loading screen with the icon.

Also, if I take out the Unibeast Usb, I can't boot to the HDD, it says "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Miedia in selected..."

If you install with Multi Beast it will install Chimera for you. Chimera is something like Chameleon on Steroids.

Where is the HPET setting in the bios? I never adjusted that because I couldn't find it, maybe that is the culprit.

Like I said on the first page HPET can not be set. It is 64 bit always.

Ouch that didn't work  Kernel panic now

Did you install NullCPUPowerManagement kext from Multi Beast?

Possibly. I think a big problem here is the 8800 GT, i tried nvenabler.kext, and nvidias own drivers. Both broke the system. I think I'll wait til I have a 5770 and then try it since gfx should be OOB

Why not try the HDMI on your HD 3000 graphics? Give it max memory in Bios and use later Chimera for best results.

Billmod is using a G620 it does not have HD3000.
It has HD2000.
That is why he is using 8800 card.

His boot problems maybe the Green drive.
People complain about Green drives. (energy saver WD )
Mine worked in Gigabyte G41ES2L.
I had problems in FoxconnH67S with Green Drive but drive was dying.
Bios are different between these two boards.

Billmod make sure it is 8800 GT.
The other suffixes have problems. (GTX etc.)

I searched your card on the Tonymac forum it just needs Graphic Enabler = yes.

Just do an Easy Beast installation after clean install of Lion.
You have done a lot of things, this leaves system in unstable and unknown state.

Leave out nvidia drivers (earlier versions of multi beast said to use only when all else fails)

Try cuda drivers from NVidia if no luck with video.
(these are not production Fermi drivers)

You will have to add sound and network separately.
When you do this only do additions do not do everything all over in Multibeast.
Repair disk permisions.

Are you using DVI with DVI monitor ? Best way
HDMI can be harder to setup depending upon TV implementation of AV inputs..

Just to be clear Easybeast with video card.
OR HDMI HD use multi beast with DSDT for HD2000 edits.

If you go Khan's route use the same processor or preferably a 65 watt version that supports HD3000. FoxconnH67S only supports 65 watt cpu.
Khan is having luck with 95 watt.

Search on Tonymac forum for recent HD2000 developments.
DSDT for HD2000 are different than Khan's DSDT which is for HD3000.
Recent posts on HD2000 do not have much in terms of confirmation from other sources.

Look at Easybeast defaults in PDF guide.

Ok, I'll try a clean install, followed by easy beast for the card. If that doesn't work I'll give the DSDT for the HD2000 a shot! I'm using DVI monitor but I could also use my TV which has hdmi. I have network working OOB with USB dongle

So after doing clean install... I did easybeast + repair permissions. Now it freezes on Apple logo in boot :(
