Thanks @Charlee78. Here's the redesigned neck, I made the vents bigger, fixed a standoff for the GFX card at the front, I'll also be able keep the Sata power cable for the RX 560 out of the way. Adjusted the rear PCI slot pieces to help hold the card.

Some GB5 bench scores, with temp monitoring. So far so good, can't get a temp reading for the 560 though, but it hasn't caught fire so I'm guessing all is well. Idles between 35 - 40 degrees C, topped out at 65 C during benching and dropped to mid 40 C. Metal bench below, in a previous bench metal score for HD 630 was 3805, quite a significant boost in performance.

That's looking so sweet with the white mate! Great work.

Yesterday, I spent my day doing something far more useful and productive!, I finished my Mini Mc Cube or, Mac mini cube!. After some final adjustments in TinkerCad and 13 1/2 hrs of printing the neck was finished. Aligning the top PCI slot for the graphics card involved moving the 2 IO standoffs inwards by 2 mm, cutting a slot for the GFX board and creating a standoff to hold up the front of the card. The top shell fits perfectly.

The right standoff has a slot cut near the top to allow the GFX card to align with the stub in the middle.

Really nice!

But, why don't you replace the metal GPU backplate with a 3D printed one?

It could be a single piece coupled to the neck...

That’s a great idea!, thanks for the suggestion!. You’re image ties in with what I had in mind for the lower IO too.
