May be due to the security certificate expiring.
Try setting the system clock to the same date as your MultiBeast app.
Obviously do not connect to a network with a time source while you do this.

Should I not only change System time, but disable Internet access before launching MB921?

The Internet does have a time source - Obviously you should not connect to it or it will adjust your clock to the correct date/time.

I made my ethernet connection inactive, and then changed the time manually to the same as the modification date of Multibeast 921. Unfortunately it's still not working... As after updating the the latest "Security Update 2018-001 Sierra" I get a KP on boot, only starting up in Safe mode permitted booting. Now I am unable to install anything via multibeast, including 901, 910 and 921.

I deleted the contents of my /Library/Extensions and am now unable to reinstall correctly the extensions required....

Is Kextbeast working?

You cannot mount the EFI partition in safe mode therefore MultiBeast cannot install Clover to it.
