I've just installed El Capitan on my hackintosh which has a Maximus Gene 3 motherboard. Everything is working fine but I can't get the audio working (i'm using SPDIF output). I've tried several drivers from multibeast and tried some kexts but none seem to be working. I've searched the forums but every solution I seem to find is for Yosemite or lower. Anybody got the audio working on a Maximus Gene 3 running El Capitan?
