I am having a very hard time getting my system to boot into the installer. (Followed Unibeast 4.0.2)

After weeks of reading and trying many different guides, I am stuck with three different failing results depending on which flags I use.

Example One:
Code:
-v
Renders:
Hanging install after outputting "IOBluetoothHCIController][start] -- completed

Example Two:
Code:
-v IGPlatformID=01660003 GraphicsEnabler=No IGPEnabler=Yes dart=0
Renders:
Hanging install after outputting "IOBluetoothHCIController][start] -- completed

Example Three:
Code:
-v IGPlatformID=01660003 GraphicsEnabler=No IGPEnabler=Yes
Renders:
Hanging install after outputting "SMC: :smcReadKeyAction ERROR: kSMCReadKeyComm/kSMCReadKeyWithSMCComm failedfor key BEM (kMCSuccess)

Any thoughts? Help?

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

System: manufacturer/model
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx). For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

Sorry, thought I was good.. Added additional info.

You're using the wrong IGPlatformID. 01660003 is only for low-res 1366x768.

For 1080p, you need IGPlatformID=01660004 or IGPlatformID=01660009.

I get the same thing, Here are a few photos of the two outputs:

Example one:
Code:
-v IGPlatformID=01660004 GraphicsEnabler=No IGPEnabler=Yes dart=0

Renders:

Example two:

Code:
-v IGPlatformID=01660004 GraphicsEnabler=No IGPEnabler=Yes

Renders:

Thanks for taking a look at these..

Did you choose laptop support in Unibeast?

Yes.

I created the USB 3 times. On the third try I used a new copy of OSX just to be sure all media was correct and good to go.

Yes.

Did you try 01660009?

Note: IGPEnabler=Yes is already set in org.chameleon.Boot.plist from Unibeast, so it is not necessary to specify it again. Same comment regarding GraphicsEnabler=No.

Yes, I tried both ID's with the same result. Also, I have not been using IGPEnabler=Yes, I have been trying the No switch.

Post #5 shows IGPEnabler=Yes. IGPEnabler=No would be incorrect. IGPlatformID only has an effect with IGPEnabler=Yes or GraphicsEnabler=Yes.
