Not likely, sure.Can I delete the AppleIntelCPUPowermanagementInfo.kext? Detecting those states costs about 2 Minutes during boot, and I don't have so much time.
Edit: Also, when I watch HWMonitor, i can only see the states jumping from x8 to x34 and back, I have never seen anything in between, whereas before I patched, i could see steps like x16 or x20...
