Great work Tolenda, I got it to work, although not on the 10.9.3 update so I reverted back via my time machine restore point.

Any ideas for trying the 10.9.3 update again, i've tried several things as no HDMI output is shown even after applying my ALC892 through Multibeast (and removing HDAEnabler again of course)

Tried patching and compiling like my earlier success but I get some errors.

I did not use Repair Permission as I've read some people successfully did, but I doubt that will make a difference.

Interesting, all the information needed to solve the problem is gone. Make it fail again and attach the files requested in Post #1, Problem Solving.

applied Drivers -> Audio -> Realtek ALCxxx -> Without DSDT -> ALC892 and removed HDAEnabler that comes with it.
Repaired Permissions
No HDMI Audio still and used MaciASL with the method HD4000/7 Series MB HDMI Audio (dsdt) - Desktop/Laptop/Intel NU
Used uefi1-hdmi_audio-1
unchanged SSDT

OS X Software Updates do not change dsdts or ssdts.
Why did you make any edits for 10.9.3?

I tried edit dsdts because after updating from 10.9.2 to 10.9.3 HDMI audio is missing in system/preferences/sound/output

Took a known working dsdt, installed the update and broke HDMI audio.
Installed an unknown dsdt and no HDMI audio.
The attached dsdt does not compile, how did you get to dsdt.aml?
Do you have the working dsdt from 10.9.2?

took? I didn't take anything... In 10.9.2 I used your guide to patch and compile a dsdt.

That is the point.
"should be", prove it.
Verify the "new" dsdt works in 10.9.2 and attach the IOReg.

Hi

I have followed the Guide to get the HDMI Audio working but with no luck. I have some Compilation errors
Can you help me fixing it.

HDMI Audio and Sleep Wake not working.
Can some one help me. Getting it fixed.

Applied in the order.
1. extract from system ,
2. clean compile
3. EFI HD3000 series 6 patches

I'm using the dsdt i attached with 10.9.2 as we speak, fully functional hdmi sound
