Mavericks Fermi Freeze

I just did a clean install of Mavericks and everything is working peachy-keen EXCEPT I am having issues with the Fermi-freeze.

I tried to use the freezefix (which I had used in the past with great success) app but it didn't solve the problem.

Anybody got suggestions? For now I switched over to my HD4000 for the time being and that works butter smooth...

My System:
H67m-d2-b3
i5-3570k (HD4000)
GTX 460 1GB (reported correctly)

Same problem with gtx 560 1gb, freezefix not work. HWmonitor show GPU TEMP = 52C, 36 normal. How to fix?
