So at the moment in Mini ITX build i have decided on many things but am still contemplating the cpu. I plan on using the Gigabyte GA-H67N-USB3-B3 and have found that one cannot the cpu on this driver, my original decision before this was to buy the 2500k, but considering this is the 2125 sufficient or should i stick with 2500k. I know i get the extra cores but is it necessary. I dont know much about processors, what is my be option? Should i find a different board. Please Help.

Depends, do you want to do intense stuff like games and editing? If so, go with the 2500k. If you just want to watch videos and surf the web, go wit the i3 2125.

Thanks I think that what I will do but instead of buying the 2500k ill opt for the 2500 saves me like 5-10 bucks. Mainly using it for editing but dont want to break bank for anything unnecessary.

@tlace19:

If you plan to use the built-in HD graphics on SB CPU, core i3 2105/2125, core i5 2405S, core i5 2500K and core i7 2600K have the HD3000 which is supported. i5 2500 has HD2000 so will not be able to use integrated graphics. If you plan to use dedicated graphics, then 2500 will work just as well as any other core i3/i5 processors.

Thanks amn didn't know that was going for the 2500k anyway, even though i know dedicated is better for editing (nvidia specific on 3d party plugins)
